Welcome to Stellar Guidance! By purchasing a reading, product, or service from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

Overview

Stellar Guidance offers intuitive tarot readings, physical goods (such as mystery tarot packs), and related spiritual services. All content is for personal insight and self-reflection only, and should not be considered a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health advice.

 

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive a reading or access age-restricted content. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

Services & Delivery

  • Email & PDF Readings: Delivered within the estimated timeframe stated at checkout. You'll receive a link or digital file with your reading.

  • Live Readings: Conducted via Zoom, phone, or in person as scheduled. Please arrive on time and in a private space to receive your reading.

  • Physical Products: Shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate.

 

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a reading has been started or delivered.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Live readings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

 

Personal Responsibility

By purchasing a reading or product, you acknowledge that:

  • Tarot is a tool for insight and growth, not prediction or diagnosis.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any reading.

  • Any decisions you make based on guidance from Stellar Guidance are your own.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All information shared in your reading is kept confidential and will never be sold, shared, or used for marketing without your consent.

Use of Content

You may not copy, repost, or resell any reading content, interpretations, or visual materials without written permission. This includes readings delivered by email, webpage, or PDF.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Stellar Guidance reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at my discretion — particularly if the request:

  • Violates ethical boundaries (e.g. requests for readings about health, pregnancy, death, or another non-consenting person)

  • Involves harassment or abusive behavior

  • Is placed under false identity or fraudulent means

If service is declined, you will receive a full refund (if work has not yet begun).

 

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this site or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
